Bio:

With over 21 years of experience in the dynamic fields of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT), I have cultivated comprehensive expertise that encompasses leadership, education, and innovation. My career trajectory has been distinguished by diverse roles, including serving as a Lead Computer Science Teacher, Projects Mentor, and IT Manager, where I have consistently driven the integration of emerging technologies within educational settings. My work has focused on developing and implementing cutting-edge curricula and transformative projects aimed at equipping students with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the challenges of tomorrow. My commitment to advancing the fields of computer science, AI (including Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing), and IoT is reflected in my relentless pursuit of excellence and my passion for fostering technological progress.

My passion for technology has driven my career, where my primary responsibilities include teaching and supporting foundational and advanced computer science concepts. I have instructed a diverse array of subjects, including Robotics, IoT, STEM, STEAM, Artificial Intelligence, Python, Big Data, AWS, Linux, Cybersecurity, VB.Net, JavaScript, Java, and Cisco Net Academy courses. Additionally, I have taught IC3, Scratch, C++, Graphics Applications, and Apple Education applications like Swift Playgrounds. Beyond these, my expertise extends to Database Management, Hardware, Software, Web Design (HTML), Data Analysis, Business ICT, and RDBMS.

I hold a teaching license in the UAE and "The Level 4 IQA Award" certificate. I am currently in the process of applying for a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from either the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, USA, or Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. I earned my Master’s degree in Network and System Administration with a focus on Security from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai campus, graduating with a GPA of 3.53/4.0. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Diploma in Piano. I achieved a TOEFL iBT score of 94/120 in July 2020.

In recognition of my expertise, I was awarded the prestigious Golden Visa under the category of “Specialist in Engineering and Science – Artificial Intelligence” by Abu Dhabi on October 25, 2021, valid for 10 years. My professional journey includes roles at several esteemed institutions, including Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (my current employer), Al-Mawakeb School, Dubai International School, Dubai Properties Group, School of Modern Skills, and Dubai First School.

I am a verified trainer with Cisco Net Academy, selected by the ACTVET Education group, where I deliver the full range of courses available through the platform. Beyond my technical expertise, I am recognized for my patience, understanding, and strong communication skills within my team. My contributions have been acknowledged through positive feedback from colleagues and leadership, and I am confident in my ability to bring the same level of dedication and success to any organization.

My achievements include awards such as the Digital Champions Program - Internet of Things from Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and Cisco UAE, World CIO 200 Summit 2019 (UAE), Al-Mawakeb School Innovation Championship (UAE), and Sharjah Sustainable Awards. In addition to my professional roles, I have served—and continue to serve—as a volunteer mentor for Zayed University's “Partner Challenge Project,” which aims to enhance the employability of Emirati students by developing transferable skills and applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges. As an active member of the ACTVET iCampus team, I contribute as an instructor, delivering training and developmental programs designed to prepare the future Emirati workforce in alignment with the Abu Dhabi Plan 2030 and UAE Vision 2021.
